Patty Richardson (Clairee) is excited to be returning to the Legacy Theatre. A native of Athens, GA, she is well known in this area for her role as Patsy in multiple productions of Always….Patsy Cline, and her role as Sister Mary Amnesia in several productions of Nunsense.  She has appeared on numerous Atlanta stages, including The Fox Theater, Atlanta Civic Center, Buckhead Roxy, and the Ferst Center for the Arts.  A seasoned Musical Theatre enthusiast, Patty made her stage debut at age 10 as Baby Louise in Gypsy at the University of Georgia. Favorite roles include “Connie Sue Day” in Della’s Diner, “Maria” in The Sound of Music, “Laurie” in Oklahoma, and of course, “Patsy” and “Sister Amnesia”. Patty loves her role as “mom” to Lindsey, Carter and Nick…..but absolutely adores her role as “Sassy” to her precious grandchildren, Charlotte and Liam. In her spare time, Patty is an Independent Styling Consultant for CABi clothing and a part-time dental hygienist at Dental Traditions.  She also helps to feed the entire bird population of Peachtree City with her numerous bird feeders.
