Nancy Riggs (Sister Mary Lazarus) is thrilled to be back “in the habit” at Legacy after appearing in two Nunsense plays as the Mother Superior. Other Legacy appearances include the first production of The Wizard of Oz, Sanders Family Christmas, The Bridges of Madison County, Into the Woods, Footloose, and Xanadu. Other shows: Misery (Onstage Atlanta), A Tour of Southern Ghosts (Art Station), King Edward III and Our Town (Shakespeare Tavern). She recently retired from running Piccadilly Puppets but continues to perform puppet shows. She has also acted or directed with the Alliance, the Academy, Atlanta Lyric, Theatre Gael, and many more.
