Leanna Phillips (Aquata/Princess/Maid) is so excited to be playing to be a part of The Little Mermaid after appearing as Glinda in The Wizard of Oz at Legacy! She graduated from Legacy Dream Conservatory in 2020 and is about to begin her third year pursuing a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre at Ball State University. She made her professional debut last summer in Legacy’s Newsies, and she is so grateful for the opportunity to come back to the place that helped her fall in love with theatre. There is no place like home, after all! She would like to thank her wonderful teachers and mentors, Mark Smith, Bethany Smith, and Jodi-Cotton Street, for always believing in her. She dedicates her performance to her real-life Glinda—her beautiful, silly, wise, and fiercely loving mom. Enjoy the show!
