Chelsie Burks (Rachel) is so grateful to be back on the Legacy Stage. You may have seen her previously in roles such as Judy (White Christmas), Mrs. Banks (Mary Poppins), Lily St. Regis (Annie), or Ariel (The Little Mermaid). While not on stage, she enjoys playing the role of Miss Chelsie while teaching Musical Theatre and Jazz at the Legacy Theatre. She wishes to thank the creative team, her students, her family, her cat, and her fiance for their love and support!
