Chelsie Burks (Judy Haynes) is so excited to be performing on the Legacy stage this holiday season. You may have seen her previously in roles such as Mrs. Banks (Mary Poppins), Lilly St. Regis (Annie), or Ariel (The Little Mermaid). While not on stage, she enjoys playing the role of Miss Chelsie while teaching Musical Theatre and Jazz at the Legacy Theatre. She wishes to thank the creative team, her students, her family, and her amazing fiance for their continuous support!
